Spotlight Photobooth Company at SITE Classic 2025: Creating Magical Moments at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua

The SITE Classic brought together over 280 senior incentive travel professionals at the stunning Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua for a three-day summit dedicated to fundraising. Proceeds from the live and silent auctions directly supported the SITE Foundation, helping to fund research, education, grants, and scholarships for the global incentive travel community.

Spotlight Photobooth Company was proud to set the tone for the opening night with two unforgettable experiences:

  • AI Surfing Experience – Guests “surfed without getting wet” through our AI Photo Booth, creating one-of-a-kind digital keepsakes.

  • 360 Video Booth – Guests captured dynamic, high-energy videos perfect for sharing online.

The reaction was amazing—attendees couldn’t stop talking about the fun and creativity these activations brought to the event.

The closing celebration was transformed into a whimsical “Down the Rabbit Hole” Alice in Wonderland experience.Our Bubble Booth dome became a magical setting where guests stepped inside to capture photos, GIFs, and boomerangs.

  • The dome was decorated with balloons inside and out, each balloon custom-branded with the MC&A logo for a personalized touch.

  • Our professional booth attendants dressed in theme to enhance the immersive feel.

  • The interactive setup quickly became a highlight of the evening, giving attendees a truly unique way to engage and celebrate.
